The Liverpool midfielder has been reportedly offered a whopping £ 700,000 a week to make the move to Al Ettifaq. The former Liverpool winger didn’t trash talk about Jordan’s skills or his performance for the club. Goldstein also replied in favor of Pennant’s intriguing question. He said, “He has been a good captain for Liverpool, but I don’t think he is a game-changer. His assists and goals, the numbers are very low. You can’t argue with what he has done with Liverpool. He has been their captain, their leader; I get all that.”

Pennant was just confused why such hefty wages were even proposed to Henderson. In case Saudi starts recruiting every soccer star with such a whopping amount, the Saudi Pro League will soon become the new face of soccer.
