The Portuguese superstar has been enjoying his time at the Saudi Arabian club, Al Nassr, with the team winning their first title last weekend following Ronaldo’s arrival. The superstar will have a busy schedule this summer with Saudi Pro League off to a start. With the games locking down his schedule, Cristiano Ronaldo alongside Georgina Rodriguez could miss out on a family function, despite owning a private jet.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s brother comments on his absence from family functions

While Cristiano Ronaldo usually makes out time for his family. The Portuguese star this time will not be present for his niece’s function on the 27th of August. According to CMTV’s Noite das Estrelas program, Cristiano is locked to the given dates and won’t be able to attend the function. While Georgina is free, there are speculations that she and the children won’t fly to Portugal as well.

With Cristiano failing to attend the event, his older brother Hugo Aveiro, while talking with Diario da Madeira, commented on the situation. Hugo defended Ronaldo’s absence, claiming that even if the superstar has a plane, it is tough to fly on the given dates due to his schedule.

“It’s a shame, but in the end, he won’t come. He will already be playing in Saudi Arabia and we are not exactly next door. Even if he has a plane, it’s not so easy to come on those dates.”

Cristiano Ronaldo is known to boast multiple luxuries to suit his lifestyle. The Portuguese star owns a $65 million private jet that he and his close family use. The star made the massive purchase earlier this year following his move from Manchester United to Al Nassr.
