The 2022/23 National League season saw Wrexham return to the EFL League Two. They got back their lost mojo and gained promotion after 15 years. The players, owners, and fans are on a high for the upcoming campaign. Ben Tozer also showed fans that he’s in it for the long run when it comes to the team. Considering how players are joining Saudi Arabian clubs for multi-million dollar contracts, Tozer’s decision to stick with the Welsh soccer club is definitely a bold statement of his vision for the team.
Tozer had talked about the possibility of relocating to Saudi Arabia for a lucrative deal in a recent interview. However, it seems he finds it more worthwhile to stay with the Welsh club for now. The club captain shared his thoughts in his interview with Talksport.
