It would have been incredible to play with him, but that’s football. I’m very happy,” Ugarte concluded. This certainly is a missed opportunity for the youngster, but he already looks confident about his new journey. Prior to physically signing his new $54 million per season, preparations for their new destination are already in full swing. Messi and his wife Antonela Roccuzzo will reside in the luxurious Porsche Tower, where they have already secured an apartment. The couple’s neighbors include several popular personalities.

Aside from their housing arrangements, the couple has also planned ahead for their children’s education. They’ve opted for Miami Country Day School – a well-known international educational center that comes with a premium price tag of around $40,000 per student on average. It’s worth noting that global superstar Shakira’s two sons also happen to attend this prestigious school.
