A lot has been going on over the past few weeks in the world of soccer. Lionel Messi shocked the world with his latest transfer news as he signed for David Beckham’s Inter Miami. The Argentinian rejected a chance to reignite his rivalry with Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia to fancy a move to America.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo is currently off his duties and enjoying a vacation with his family in Madrid. The Portuguese star was looking forward to seeing his former rival in the Gulf state. Yet it seems the reunion won’t be happening. While Messi seems to have sorted his future, Ronaldo also detailed his plans in the Saudi Pro League as he looks to follow Beckham’s $585 million path.

Ronaldo recently concluded his first season at Al Nassr. It was quite a rollercoaster journey for the 38-year-old. He ended his first season without a silverware, he’ll be looking to win in the upcoming season. Aside from setting small goals for his domestic side, he has already looked at future investments.

This comes after recent claims from a Saudi Arabian journalist, who says Ronaldo expressed his wish to have a soccer club of his own in the Gulf country. The CR7 said, “In the future, I will be an investor in Saudi Arabia, and I would like to own a club in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

Just yesterday, while he was talking to the media in Madrid, Ronaldo expressed his interest to own a club in the future. And as per this report, he seemingly has plans to do that in Saudi Arabia itself.

Indeed, it is quite an ambition from Ronaldo who seems to have his own club in the Middle East just like Beckham. The Becks’ Inter Miami is now worth to be $585 million and the latest addition of Messi is icing on the cake for them. Either way, this also shows how committed the Portuguese striker is to the Saudi Arabian project as he looks to stay there for the long haul.
