Even after winning the Ligue 1 last year, PSG decided to part ways with its former manager Christophe Galtier. The club went on to tie up with former Barcelona and Spain manager, Luis Enrique. The Spaniard joined the camp in July this year but is already facing the heat of the French club.
A reliable sports media Twitter handle newly tweeted a story that may bother fans. Recently, some unnamed players from the PSG squad were allegedly caught smoking cigarettes by their manager. Previously, a video clip had gone viral with a fan telling a PSG player to hide his cigarette the next time he rolls his window down.

Luis Enrique has returned from a break after the disappointing World Cup campaign with the Spanish national team. Enrique also claimed to be in control of this PSG squad and even called it a unique unit.

As per the latest reports, the tension between Mbappe and the club has cooled down after a mutual agreement for the upcoming season at least. Earlier, Mbappe was left off the squad for the initial part of the season due to the rift regarding a contract extension. The Ballon d’Or nominee did not travel with the team for the pre-season tour to Japan.
After the exit of Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr., PSG is trying to change their strategy by going after a different profile of players. The club’s new signings include 2018 World Cup winners Ousmane Dembele and Marco Asensio, who won the Champions League 3 times with Real Madrid. With some players, like Marco Veratti, getting a clear red light, PSG’s way of dealing with conflicts has to be seen.
