Argentina fans were excited to see Lionel Messi score after his comeback from the injury. But one young boy from Peru did not leave an opportunity to get some attention. Peru’s goalkeeper Pedro Gallese threw the boy’s phone after he invaded the pitch during the match.

According to a report, the boy broke the silence by saying, “I waited until almost the end of the game to get in (on the field). By the way, I’m not 20 years old, I’m not of age. I am 17 years old. I can easily report to you, Pedro Gallese. I’m reading right now.”

The boy took an opportunity to meet his icon, Messi, and also gain attention for his athleticism. He then ran past the Peruvian defenders and also evaded the security guards to meet the former Barcelona striker eventually. The event, however, did not impress the security nor the Peru player leading to the goalkeeper breaking his phone.

Even though Messi accepted the youngster with an embrace, the security and Messi’s famous guard caught hold of him to take him away. The fan, who wanted to take a selfie with Messi, was also greeted with a huge shout from the crowd upon his run.
