We first noticed this trend reaching a global level when one of the most famous YouTube stars Logan Paul challenged his peer and archival at that time, KSI. That match became a reality and was followed by a plethora of boxing matches. But now, this trend is just about to enter the soccer community.

It all happened in a TikTok clip. Jamie Carragher was asked about a soccer player or former player he would like to fight. It was a more formal version of asking who Carragher thought he could beat in a boxing match.

Without even skipping a single heartbeat, the Liverpool legend named his Sky Sports colleague Gary Neville. His response to the question said, “It would have to be Gary Neville – and I’d knock the f*** out of him!” fans in the comments section of the clip even started hyping about the match-up. One eager fan wrote, “make it happen“.
