Liverpool’s Jamie Carragher during his last professional match
English soccer pundit and former Liverpool defender just made the soccer world stormy when he named his potential boxing match-up. The celebrity boxing trend isn’t something new, as we have seen YouTubers boxing each other. Then it became a cross-platform thing and now it seems like many are looking to step into trying out the game. We first noticed this trend reaching a global level when one of the most famous YouTube stars Logan Paul challenged his peer and archival at that time, KSI. That match became a reality and was followed by a plethora of boxing matches. But now, this trend is just about to enter the soccer community.
