Uruguay shocked Brazil 2-0 to win their first match in the qualifiers. This was also the first win of Uruguay against Brazil in the qualifiers after 22 years. Neymar also went off on a stretcher before the end of the first half because of a major injury. However, the rest of the Brazil team did not step up in his absence. They failed to create any chances. Now, Brazil star and 23-year-old Vinicius Junior has taken responsibility for himself for the shocking loss.
