For the past couple of months, former Spanish soccer star Gerard Pique has been facing a public feud. After his relationship with Clara Chia Marti came to light, his former love interest Colombian pop star Shakira declared war or words on him. This situation has been getting stranger for a long time now.

However, amid all the feud, Pique is doing everything in his power to market his league. He has recently announced the massive deal he has reached with Barcelona to have the playoffs of the league at Camp Nou. The league he founded in January this year is going to reach a mass audience as many star players are joining. Brazilian legend Ronaldinho became the latest big name to join the league.

Gerard Pique wore clothes picked by his girlfriend

About a week back Pique was in a broadcast along with a few of the key members from the Kings League. The former Barcelona star donned a cream-colored T-shirt and the same color pants. He ruthlessly got trolled around by them before confirming that his girlfriend chose the outfit.

The president of one of the clubs in Kings league, Gerard Romero took the first shot. He started by saying, “Not enough is said about your look today, spectacular. Very trendy what you’re wearing today, is it trendy or not?” To which Pique replied, “No comment, I think I’m flawless. Right now people are loving my look.”

The Co-founder of the league Ibai Llanos then added, “But do you read fashion magazines to keep up to date? I’m just curious.” To which Pique clarified, saying, “The truth is that I go with my girlfriend to the store and she buys it for me, you know, I’m a puppet.” This incident has taken social media to storm.

Kings League coming to Camp Nou

The former Barcelona star made a deal with Barca to bring his league’s playoff matches to the legendary stadium. According to various estimates, they have almost sold the ground out for starting matches. Pique talked about it saying he is excited to his league play on the ground he made his legacy on.
