Jorge has said that he doesn’t think his son will be returning to the Catalan club, stating, “I don’t think Leo will return to Barça”. He went on to say, “Impossible? No idea, I don’t know if it’s gonna be impossible”.

He further added, “We didn’t even speak with Laporta, stop. Leo’s under contract with PSG”.

This news will certainly come as a huge shock to Barcelona fans, who had been hopeful of seeing their hero return to the club. It now seems that Messi’s future is very much up in the air. It will be interesting to see where he ends up at the end of the season.
