Orlando City coach Oscar Pareja talked with the press following the loss where he labeled the match officiating as a circus.

“Tonight was a circus. There was a second yellow on Messi [that wasn’t given]. I don’t care if he’s Messi. The penalty kick calls and others were ridiculous. We were very frustrated and tried to regain our composure. There were some circumstances in this game that shouldn’t happen.”

Despite the drama surrounding the game, Lionel Messi and his side have now completed a hat trick of wins following La Pulga’s arrival. Messi has been unbeaten in the MLS and will surely be eyeing to continue the red-hot run.
