“I, by No Means, Am Good” – USWNT Superstar Alex Morgan Reveals New Found Love for Another Sport Apart From Soccer

While the USWNT Prepares for the kick-off of the SheBelieves Cup, Alex Morgan appeared in a commercial for the Super Bowl. She appeared alongside stars, like Jimmy Butler, Serena Williams, and many others. The fans are eagerly waiting to witness yet another domination by the USWNT before they set off to their clubs and kick off the 2023 season of NWSL.

USWNT fans are also eagerly waiting for July as the national team will go to Australia and New Zealand to participate in FIFA women’s world cup. This will be the chance for the team to earn yet another diamond in their dominating soccer history.

The team is eying a three-peat of the World Cups. They are victorious in the 2015 and 2019 editions of the prestigious tournament. Alex Morgan has been in a terrorizing form as she showed in the last couple of friendlies against New Zealand. Fans are also relaxed as Megan Rapinoe is back on the field and will be playing in the upcoming tournament. She had to miss the friendlies due to an ankle injury.

Alex Morgan on her love for golf

After appearing in a Super Bowl commercial, Alex Morgan had an interview with Hollywood Life. In the interview, she talked about how she felt about working with big names. She explained that, for her, it was a crazy experience. But that wasn’t the only notable point she made about the commercial. She also talked about how the commercial was centered around the golf theme.

Describing her affiliation with golf, she said, “Seeing that it was centered around golf and making it younger. And the fact that I personally have gotten into golf over the last two or three years–I, by no means, am good, but I am getting there. So, that [aspect] was exciting for me, to put my skills to the test and see that not only am I getting into golf, but the rest of the country is, right now.“

Apart from the commercial and playing golf, Alex took the time to address the elephant in the room. She talked about the upcoming July month and the history that might be made.

While talking about the upcoming FIFA World Cup, Alex described how she feels. She implied that she is eager to conquer the world again. That experience is when you know there isn’t a single team in the world that knows how to deal with you. That mental rush is what Alex is looking for.

She also talked about how the team is going through a gradual shift toward the new generation. How this world cup is going to differ since half of the roaster is changed? The official lineup for the world cup isn’t announced yet. However, fans are 100% certain that players like Alex Morgan, Megan Rapinoe, and Becky Sauerbrunn will be part of the team.
