Moreover, the Portuguese icon himself scored from a penalty, bringing his total number of goals for the year to an impressive 51. The 38-year-old’s leadership on and off the pitch has undoubtedly played a significant role in Al Nassr’s recent success. However, there is still a lot of work to be done.

Al Nassr and Ronaldo still have unfinished business

Although Al Nassr’s victory against Al Ettifaq is significant for the team, they still have a long journey ahead in their pursuit of the Saudi Pro League title. With 40 points, they currently occupy the second position in the league table, trailing behind Al Hilal by 10 points. Closing such a considerable gap within half a season will undoubtedly be challenging, especially considering that Al Hilal is still unbeaten in the league.
