Their second son, Mateo, arrived in 2015. The soccer veteran once claimed that Mateo was the perfect copy of his younger self in terms of competitiveness. And the third and youngest son, Ciro, was born in 2018. In tribute to their third son, both the parents have a tattoo of his name. Messi has Ciro’s name and birthday on his calf, while Roccuzzo has ‘Ciro’ engraved on her arm.

Yes, Messi’s first two sons play soccer. In 2020, Thiago scored a goal in his first game for the FC Barcelona academy. Soon after the Argentina international made up his mind on the USA move, reports surrounding their kid’s further education surfaced on social media. Roccuzzo will reportedly enroll her kids in Miami Country Day School. This is an international and elite educational institution with a hefty $40k fee tag yearly.
