Phil Foden‘s son, Ronnie Fodden, is Manchester City fans’ sweetheart. The four-year-old, famously known as ‘El Wey’, already has over 4 million followers on Instagram. The English soccer star’s son shares a deep love for the game even at this young age and has now gone forward to have the ‘new Messi experience.’
Little Ronnie captured the hearts of millions of soccer fans when he showed up to celebrate City’s glorious Champions League victory back in June. He became the center of attraction during the celebration, and fans began to consider him the team’s unofficial mascot. Now, El Wey has once again grabbed the attention of the soccer world because of Lionel Messi.
‘El Wey’ tries new Messi experience

Messi followers would be aware of the delicacies of the Hard Rock Cafe. The cafe has partnered with the Argentine superstar and has come up with food items named after Messi. They first grabbed the attention of the crowd by welcoming the soccer legend to the U.S. by launching ‘Messi Chicken Sandwich.’ The newest addition to their menu is the new Messi experience, and Ronnie tried the same. He shared the video of him trying the dish with the caption, “A visit to @hardrockcafe to try out their new Messi experience.“

The video showed El Wey being extremely thrilled to try the new food item which is connected to Messi, and after having it, he approved the taste of the same with a thumbs up.
The four-year-old has already started his modeling career and was seen posing in clobber for the Flannels designer. Propel Talent Group, an organization that manages the careers of some of the United Kingdom’s talents, now counts Foden’s son as their major client. Interestingly, his parents are way too excited to see their son flourish at this young age.

When Ronnie went viral after his celebrations with Man City, his parents, Phil Foden and Rebecca Cooke, created an Instagram handle to share some adorable snaps of the little man. About his son’s popularity, the England International said, “His personality has made him who he is. I think he went quite viral after [we] won the Champions League.”It is evident that Ronnie is already making a fortune, as popular figures who have more than one million followers on Instagram can earn over $12,000 for promoting brands.
