With around 6.3 million fans following him on the platform, the ban was sudden and unexpected. A tweet on X showcased the company banning Ronaldo in a recent screenshot. Therefore, the relationship between soccer players and TikTok seems to be complicated in the past week. Earlier, IShowSpeed expressed his love for Ronaldo on the platform and made content related to it. Yet, Ronaldo will now face a ban, even though he has an enormous social media presence.

On Instagram, he became the first person to reach 600 million followers. He posts about his daily lifestyle and routines, his club Al Nassr, and family pictures. To go viral on the platform, Ronaldo cannot showcase his reels on the TikTok following the ban. Although the reasons are unknown, there are other players who enjoy a good fan presence on the platform. Ronaldo’s greatest fan, IShowSpeed, collaborated with other soccer superstars on his platform.
One such player is Neymar, who linked with Speed and became a popular decision. Fans loved the collaboration between the two and looked delighted to see the duo in action. Speed had also linked with Liverpool player Trent Alexander-Arnold and former Manchester United players Anthony Elanga and Jesse Lingard. As for Osimhen, he now looks to take legal action against his club following the mocking.

Victor Osimhen mocked on TikTok!
Napoli released a TikTok video of Osimhen being mocked for missing a penalty in his last game. The club later deleted that video, which left the striker fuming. His agent stated, “What happened today on Napoli’s official profile on the TikTok platform is not acceptable. A video mocking Victor was first made public and then, but now belatedly, deleted.”
Thus, the platform has been an issue for soccer stars, and Cristiano Ronaldo is the latest entrant to the list.
