Hours After Gerard Pique’s Miami Visit, Shakira Set to Undertake ‘Legal Measures’ Against Clara Chia Marti for Her Kids Wellbeing

In recent times, Shakira moved to Miami with her children. One of the main reasons behind relocating was to provide her kids with a more peaceful life. Considering the diss track saga, the last few months would have been extremely difficult to deal with. On the other hand, Gerard Pique will now need to travel all the way to America to meet Milan and Sasha.

However, their ‘separation agreement’ states that the singer will need to pay 50% of the travel expense.

Other than that, Shakira is completely against Pique’s new partner. Recent reports suggest that she will legally do anything and everything to keep the PR student away from Milan and Sasha.

Shakira is quite serious about Clara Chia Marti’s interactions with her kids!

In all honesty, the separation agreement between Shakira and Pique is quite a lifesaver. While the kids will reside with the singer, Pique will also get to spend enough time with them. While Shakira is fine with most of the conditions, she is strictly not up for negotiating anything surrounding Clara Chia Marti.

The Waka–Waka singer is reportedly completely against the PR student interacting with her kids. Recently, sources claimed that the Colombian singer isn’t sitting quietly yet. She is preparing to take each and every legal measure to keep Chia Marti away from Milan and Sasha. As of now, there is reportedly no clause to directly prevent Chia Marti from meeting the kids.

However, Pique has still been wise enough to keep his past and present partner away from each other. This is to simply avoid any sort of conflict in front of their little ones. The jury is still out there on whether the singer would potentially block Pique’s marriage with his new partner.

Pique’s first visit to Miami to meet Milan and Sasha!

The FC Barcelona legend just visited Miami for the first time to meet his kids. However, there already seems to be a slight conflict between the former celebrity couple. As of yesterday, two contrasting reports emerged on the internet. One report stated that Shakira didn’t allow the soccer veteran to spend his ten-day quota with the children.

On the other hand, another report suggests that Pique voluntarily returned back to Spain. That source further claims that he is looking to turn the ten-day clause into a five-day agreement. This was simply because of professional commitments in Spain itself. Considering all the factors, nobody really knows what to expect further in the Pique–Shakira controversy, considering the sharp turns it takes.
