Megan Rapinoe is truly an American pioneer. The USWNT starlet is among the greatest players of all time. She has enjoyed a decent career so far, both internationally and domestically.
Moreover, she has won a series of laurels for herself. It seems age is just a number for her, as even at the age of 37, she is defying all the odds. Besides being a soccer player, she has also made quite a name off the pitch. She has been known as a prolific supporter of women’s equality and recently helped her national camp win the fight for equal pay.
However, it hasn’t been a good weekend for her after she endured a narrow loss in the opening game of the NWSL. Moreover, she also received sad news regarding the national camp. However, that didn’t stop her from witnessing the emphatic clash in the NBA.

The Brooklyn Nets also welcomed the player in style, as they hailed the three-time US soccer Olympian in front of thousands of people on their big TV screens. Moreover, it was a thrilling experience for Rapinoe, as she also shared a message on her Instagram story saying, “Thank you for having me.”
Either way, it was a brilliant display from the Nets, thanks to a superb display from Cameron Johnson, who scored 31 points. For the Rockets, Kevin Porter Jr. also scored 31 points; however, they could hold onto their earlier lead. Either way, it was a nail-biting game that Rapinoe needed after hearing the news regarding the national camp.
