The story of Wrexham AFC is one for the ages. The club received a promotion after 15 years as Ryan Reynolds ticked off the first short-term milestone from his kitty. Hence, fans rejoiced at the latest achievement, and Antman, A.K.A., Paul Rudd, joined for the celebration. The soccer club is buzzing after the latest result, and parties mean drinks. In fact, the famous Turf Pub ran out of drinks during the matchday as fans couldn’t get enough of all the pints.
The pub had to be shut down for the first time in 15 years as fans finished off all the pints present. Rudd also enjoyed the party as he soaked in the energy of Wrexham fans around the town. The festivities in Wrexham were just beginning, and the response surprised the pub owner.

Owner of the pub, Wayne Jones, explained how 150 punters lined up in front nine hours before the kickoff. Fans flocked inside the pub to kick-start the mood of the day. Jones took up “emergency delivery” due to the high volumes consumed by fans. According to BBC, Jones mentioned, “They’ve completely drank us dry. It was bonkers, we had probably 450 people outside, and god knows how many hundreds inside – we were up to capacity in both.”
