Victoria and David Beckham have been quite a ‘picture–perfect’ couple for decades. The Manchester United legend met the Spice Girl back in 1997. At that time, Beckham was in the prime of his career under the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson. After retiring from soccer, he has successfully managed to transition into an astute entrepreneur. His wife, Victoria, also has her own cosmetics and apparel company.

Recently, the world witnessed the first-ever teaser of the docuseries on David Beckham’s life. In that video, the celebrity couple speaks about his major OCD problem.

The upcoming docuseries will be filled with heartwarming moments from Beckham’s personal and professional life. This begs the question: how did the two of them meet?

The celebrity couple has never been shy of flaunting their riches. In the same way, they do not mind letting the fans know about their love story. Both of them met each other in 1997. While Victoria wouldn’t have been sure about the soccer veteran’s existence, David was very well-versed with the Spice Girls.

Straightaway, he had taken a liking for Victoria. Luckily enough, she attended one of Manchester United’s games. However, the soccer legend missed the opportunity to strike up a conversation with her. However, nobody can change the course of destiny, can’t they? The celebrity couple met each other again, a week later. This time Victoria gave David Beckham her phone number.

In an interview, he said, “We talked in the players’ lounge for about 1 hour. Since Victoria was traveling by train that day, she wrote down her number on the train ticket. I still have that”, as per Kuffer. Later, the Spice Girl revealed that their relationship was basically ‘love at first sight’.

While this happened over two decades ago, the love between them is seemingly still growing! In a recent promo for David’s docuseries, they reveal that the soccer veteran has been suffering from a major OCD problem.

All about David Beckham’s OCD problem

Last year, the mighty Beckham signed a $20 million deal with Netflix. The streaming company wanted to produce an ‘original’ docuseries on his personal and professional life. During a recent event, Netflix unveiled a small teaser for the upcoming docuseries. In the teaser, he says, “I clean it so well, I’m not sure it’s actually appreciated so much by my wife, in all honesty”.

“The fact that when everyone’s in bed I then go around, clean the candles, turn the lights on to the right setting, make sure everywhere is tidy”. The soccer veteran shockingly revealed that also clips the candle wax till he is satisfied. Other than that, mornings are a nightmare for David. Simply because cups and bowls are lying all around the living room, while he cannot handle things being out of their place!
