Aside from him, MLB icon Ken Griffey Jr. also made his way to watch David Beckham’s soccer franchise in action.

Notably, before the start of the match, the X’s official MLS social media account shared both Mayweather Jr. and MLB Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr. Their appearance, especially of Mayweather, has somehow caught the eye of fans, who can’t stop reacting on Twitter.

Certainly, his arrival had to bring up the GOAT chants.

Perhaps it wasn’t their day as they agreed to just take a point at home. For now, they are sitting in 14th place with just 22 points. Today’s result will surely derail their chances of pushing for the play-offs. Although they are still unbeaten since Messi’s arrival, the outcome is definitely a disappointing one.
