Former USMNT superstar urges Giovanni Reyna to step-up

Herculez Gomez was on the Men In Blazers podcast recently. He spoke on various aspects, including the Reyna-Berhalter controversy, the US Soccer report, and Giovanni Reyna’s squad selection. Gomez urged the Borussia Dortmund forward to step up and feels his performances will make people forget everything.

“He needs to learn, grow, get better as a person, and he will. Even if some people find him difficult, you can change. You are not the same person at 20 years or 30,” Gomez said. He added further, “You can get better as a person. And on the field, people will forget.”
