After jokingly calling the Wrexham striker his ‘stepdad’, the Hollywood star has seemingly issued a hilarious ‘promotion’ ultimatum to the club captain on Twitter.

Ryan Reynolds repeats ‘stepdad’ joke at Ben Tozer!

Wrexham’s captain, Ben Tozer, was recently in an interview on TalkSport. In recent times, Reynolds’ mother has been in and around the Wrexham team during match days. The Deadpool star shares an unbreakable bond with some players like Ben Foster, Ben Tozer, Ollie Palmer, and a few more. He does not shy away from seemingly taking a joke far with them on social media.

Due to such a mature level of understanding between him and the squad, the jokes are all in good spirits. In the interview with TalkSport, the host asked Tozer, “I’m hearing Ryan calls Ben Foster ‘handsome’, & his mum flirts with you?”. Tozer had a short chuckle, and immediately replies, “She’s not bad looking at 77!”.
