The public feud between Shakira and Gerard Pique is truly one of a kind. Initially, Gerard Pique’s infidelity saga had raised quite a few eyebrows. The two of them had posted a picture together and it hadn’t sat well with the fans. That was the first time the fanbase got a real glimpse of Clara Chia Marti. But they haven’t had mercy on her either. Due to extreme heat from the paparazzi and journalists, her mental health condition took several tolls.

Chia Marti had to reportedly spend a few days in the hospital due to her constant anxiety attacks. In recent times, sources claimed that they were planning for marriage. As the Colombian singer has now moved out of the country, the two of them will seemingly look to tie the knot, if that’s true.

Here’s how Shakira and Gerard Pique settled for their children’s custody

Last December, the two of them agreed upon a ‘separation agreement’. However, that legal document needed some tweaking before Shakira left for the US. As per the new terms, Milan and Sasha can spend ten days a month with their father. Due to being a visiting parent, Pique also has a slight advantage during vacations.

Pique will have custody of the boys during the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas break. Additionally, the soccer veteran will have the kids for an additional 70% during the summer vacations. Since the first agreement contract, Shakira has always had a clause that bars Clara Chia Marti from having any sort of interaction with Milan and Sasha ever.

Other than that, if Pique decides to relocate to America, this current agreement will be valid anymore. They will need to sit down and agree on new terms all over again.
