Hence, the Colombian singer decided that it was time to finally move out.

But upon reaching America, there are a new set of rumors all over the internet. The singer is reportedly looking to purchase a new mansion despite already owning one.

Her suspected new mansion is in a very private and expensive area. Unsurprisingly, only a very niche set of people will be able to reach Shakira in case she starts living there.

Where does Shakira want to live?

Shakira is reportedly looking to purchase a new home in America. A certain luxurious and exclusive area in Miami has reportedly caught her eye. As per Canal RCN, the singer is looking for a new residence on Fisher Island. Everyone who lives in that area earns more than $2.5 million per year. Many celebrities, like Julia Roberts, Oprah Winfrey, and many more, reside in the area.

Interestingly, the white sand in the area is directly from the Bahamas. Apart from its obvious luxury, Fisher Island has all the required means for someone to live there. From a school and supermarket to a bank, this island has it all.

However, nobody can access this luxurious area by road. Fisher Island can only be accessed by helicopter or by ferry (a seven-minute ride). Shakira will reportedly have to pay an entry fee of $250,000 to live in this exclusive area. However, the rates of the residences in this area could cost the singer anything from one million to forty million dollars.

A few days ago, Noticias RCN claimed that Shakira seemingly has a companion to buy her new home with. The person in the limelight is Alejandro Sanz. The fans have always known Sanz as one of her closest friends. However, their bond of friendship has seemingly blossomed into something much deeper.

Their statement of buying a new house together could ‘be the birth of a new love’. In the past, Sanz hasn’t shied away from taking the Waka–Waka singer’s side. About a month ago, the Spanish musician publicly defended Shakira against her critics on the internet. While she has most of the fanbase on her side, her loyal fans will be quite happy for the singer if the report regarding her ‘new love’ turns out to be true.
