In the recent Instagram story by Georgina Rodriguez, Cristiano Ronaldo is seen at the table. The room is dark and is lit up with candles. CR7 is also accompanied by his children including Cristiano Jr. Georgina is sitting nearby along with little Alana and Eva. The kids seem to be drawing something on the paper. But, the caption titled, ‘Noche de Colorear‘ (coloring night) gives it away. Following an intense and difficult King Cup match, such familial moments would offer much-needed solace to the soccer icon.

Also, Georgina and the kids were at the match to support Cristiano Ronaldo. The social media influencer and the 5 children caught all the action from the VIP stands. Despite the loss, Georgina congratulated the team on their performance. She wrote, “One penalty away from winning the King’s Cup ⭐️ Congratulations @alnassr on a great game.” It seems Rodriguez moved on from the disappointment but the suffering didn’t end there for CR7.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s reaction after the King Cup was very reminiscent of what happened in the 2022 World Cup. After Portugal was eliminated at the hands of Morocco, CR7 was distraught and in tears. Yet, there was another common factor in both matches, Al Hilal’s goalkeeping sensation Yassine Bounou. Just like against Portugal, Bounou had a great match against Al Nassr. When the penalty shootout was at 5-4 to Al Hilal, Bounou saved the next to win his side the game.

Soon after netizens were trolling Cristiano Ronaldo regarding how Bounou keeps overshadowing him. One user even wrote, “Bonou is Ronaldo’s worst nightmare. Love to see it.” If Al Nassr has to get the better of Al Hilal next season, Luis Castro has to switch up his tactics. Brazilian superstar Neymar will be back next season and Al Hilal will only become stronger.
