However, in a recent attempt, Kylian Mbappe’s team faced a potential rejection from a Brazilian prodigy Estevao Willian.

As per the latest news, PSG was ready to offer the 16-year-old $52 million to join their squad. Even though the player will be able to move out of Brazil only when he turns 18, PSG made the offer for the future. However, The PSG was not the only club to be interested in the 16-year-old.

Estevao Also received interest from Manchester City and FC Barcelona. But the teenage star dreams of playing for the Blaugrana in the future. The player is known to possess many attacking talents and sharp eyes after playing for the Palmeiras U20 team. Palmeiras has already made a deal for its other young star, Endrick for $63 million with Real Madrid. However, with affection for Lionel Messi, Estevao prefers Barcelona.

Known as Messinho, Estevao said that he loves to emulate Lionel Messi and watches his videos.

In an interview with Mundo Deportivo, he talked about his dream of playing for Barcelona. He said, “To play for Barcelona, which is one of the best clubs in the world. I was born watching Neymar, Messi, and Suárez play for Barcelona and that’s the dream I have.” In the same interview, he also admitted to watching “almost every Barça match.”

Barcelona was also successful in signing Vitor Roque from Atletico Paranaense for $44 million. With PSG not out of the contest yet, Kylian Mbappe and the team will look to impress in the next few months with a small hope.
