Carlo Ancelotti can’t catch a break. Despite washing his hands of the ongoing Kylian Mbappe saga, the interest in the Frenchman flooded his recent press conference. However, it seemed like the manager had a bulletproof vest on, as he remained unfazed throughout the press conference while maintaining his silence on the matter.

The Real Madrid head coach preferred nothing to do with Kylian Mbappe during media day. Despite multiple attempts to learn Madrid’s stance on the Frenchman, everyone was sent back empty-handed, with Ancelotti refusing to speak a single word regarding the transfer rumors.

When asked about the links reporting the Frenchman to Santiago Bernabeu, the Los Blancos manager quietly stated that his team’s focus was on the upcoming game. “I watch and listen. I understand that this is today’s topic for you, but for us, what is important is tomorrow’s match. We will have to present the match correctly. That is what I think is important right now,” he stated.
