Manchester City has found themselves in hot waters over their 115 FFP charges. The club has been accused of tampering with its financial records by the Premier League authorities. With an independent committee set to take action against the side, fans are eager to know what will be the potential outcome. However, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is not paying attention to any white noise around his club, as he believes the side is innocent until proven otherwise.

Premier League side Everton were docked 10 points due to their financial breaches. The side was found guilty of breaching the FFP guidelines during the 2021/22 season. Many believe the Cityzens could face a similar fate, with their punishments matching the number of charges against the side.

Everton docked 10 points for breaching FFP charges

The Toffees were hit with a massive setback during the ongoing Premier League season. The side was hit with a ten-point deduction for breaching the existing FFP guidelines. It has been reported that the side failed to produce the necessary documents to support their financial expenditure for the 2021/22 season.

Manchester City might not be as lucky, as the side has 115 charges leveled against them. If the club is found guilty of breaching the guidelines, City could face a tough punishment, which could include facing a relegation from the Premier League. UEFA could also take action against the side barring them from competing in the Champions League.
