Manchester City is dealing with multiple problems this season, including the 115 Financial Fair Play charges. They are also on a three-match winless streak in the Premier League. In addition, Erling Haaland has put himself into big trouble after reacting badly against the referee after their draw against Tottenham. This gesture has not gone down well with a pundit. He has asked the authorities to ban the Norwegian.
This was after the decision by referee Simon Hooper to call back for a foul on Erling Haaland after Jack Grealish was through on goal. Both teams were level 1-1 in the 94th minute, which made matters worse. This resulted in Erling Haaland venting his frustrations to the referee.

I cannot defend putting hands on the referee in the manner Erling Haaland did at the very least; that, for me, warrants addressing”.
