Additionally, in the caption, he wrote, “Back at it!”. This message although doesn’t make things very clear but it wouldn’t be wrong to guess the underlying tone of the caption.

The positive nature of this piece of news will surely be exciting for the fans and manager. Although more positive signs were seen in City’s latest fixture, with Jeremy Doku being the MVP in the match. From the looks of it wouldn’t be a long stretch to guess that Doku might be starting ahead of Jack Grealish in the next couple of games.

The injury scare was visible on Guardiola’s face as he gave his recent press conference. The upcoming weeks will be crucial to Manchester City’s Premier League title race. The Spaniard and his men cannot afford any slip-ups.

Pep Guardiola gave no concrete takes on Haaland’s situation

While the Norwegian has been facing constant backlash for his drop in form, this injury isn’t doing his situation with the fans any good. Pep Guardiola seemed distressed citing an injury scare to Haaland. Hours before their training sessions, the Spaniard gave a positive update though he didn’t give out any firm response. Knowing Pep’s roulette, nothing can be confirmed until the lineups are out.

Pep clarified with the media, “We will train this afternoon so I don’t know. I spoke with the doctor and him (Erling Haaland). Yesterday he said he felt much better, but I don’t know.” Manchester City will be going through its toughest fixtures in the upcoming weeks. The Cityzens have to play Chelsea, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur back to back.
