Along with the Manchester City star striker, his four teammates also made the list. Rodri, Kevin De Bruyne, Ederson, and Ruben Dias were also included. Jude Bellingham was also recognized for his performances for his former club, Dortmund, and now Real Madrid. His international teammate and Bayern Munich star Harry Kane was also on the list. The German giants also had two more representatives in the form of Alphonso Davies and Kim Min Jae.

There is no doubt all of the 11 players had a brilliant 2023. However, the World XI had a surprise exclusion this year. It was in the form of Al Nassr and Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo.
