Erling Haaland Issues First Words After Ugly Bust Up With Arsenal Coach Alongside Angry Kyle Walker in Manchester City Loss

Arsenal made a statement win over Manchester City with the title race now wide open. A late striker from Gabriel Martinelli sealed the win for the Gunners as it deflected off Nathan Ake’s head and made its way into the net. The final whistle blew and the crowd cheered up as the City team made their way back into the dressing room. However, a verbal spat between two Manchester City players and Arsenal’s coaching staff member resulted in an ugly bust-up. Following the bust, Erling Haaland, who was one of the players involved sent out a message addressing the fans.

Kyle Walker and Arsenal’s set piece coach Nicolas Jover were the first persons involved in the bust-up. Video recordings have now cleared up what happened and how the bust-up started. Nicolas Jover has previously worked for City as an assistant.

Erling Haaland apologizes to Cityzens

One of the most awaited fixtures in the Premier League, Arsenal Vs. Manchester City, saw a tense battle unfold at Emirates Stadium. Nicolas Jover let out a hand to Kyle Walker who flung his approach and made his way into the dressing room. Jover then spat out some words directed towards Walker who instantly turned out as the duo got involved in a heated situation.

Erling Haaland came to support Walker as City and Arsenal staff tried to break off the fight. Staff and players were then seen to gather around while Bukayo Saka tried to act as a peacemaker. Erling Haaland has since apologized to City fans for a mediocre performance against Arsenal. The Norwegian took to Instagram as he wrote, “Not the way we wanted to go into the international break, but we will bounce back together, as always.” 

City looked clueless most of the game as they missed the playmaking skills of Rodri and Kevin De Bruyne. The loss marked City’s second consecutive loss in the PL. A disheartened Pep remained silent as he wished not to speak on the incident. The bust-up video was uploaded by many supporters who caught the whole action from the stands.

Pep Guardiola will now try to mend things for the difficult fixtures headed City’s way.
