French manager Didier Deschamps might have left Kylian Mbappe stunned with his recent statements. While the manager is known to be a fan of the French star, he’s snubbed the player and picked another name when he was asked about the irreplaceable player on the national team.
While talking about his team, Deschamps added that while no one is irreplaceable, Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann has left his mark over the years. “No one is irreplaceable. But it’s about making sure you’re indispensable, and over the years, he’s made sure he is.”
"Personne n'est irremplaçable. Mais c'est de faire en sorte d'être indispensable et lui au fil des années, il fait en sorte de l'être."

Deschamps’s words hold some weight as Griezmann has been a crucial player for the national team. After making his debut under Deschamps in 2014, the ex-Barcelona star has made 124 appearances for the side netting 44 goals.
Mbappe had a great outing for PSG in his last game against Reims as he scored a hattrick over the opposition. However, manager Luis Enrique was not happy with the player’s performance, claiming he expected more from the Frenchman.

Luis Enrique disappointed with Kylian Mbappe
PSG have found their grove in Ligue 1 following Luis Enrique’s appointment. The side is now at the top of the table, following 12 games with 27 points to their name. The team put on a brilliant performance in their last outing, bagging a 3-0 win over Reims. Kylian Mbappe was the star of the show as he found all 3 goals for his side.
However, manager Luis Enrique was not too pleased with his ace’s performance following the game. Talking to the press, the PSG manager had this to say, “I am not happy with Kylian Mbappe. I have nothing to say about the goals, but he can help the team in another way. I will talk about it with him first, but they are private conversations. Kylian is one of the best players in the world, but we want more. We want him to do more.”
