It is that time of the season for Wrexham fans to get excited at the club’s progress. After playing 40 games and having a game in hand, they conjured up 100 points and are on course to secure the title at the end of the season. While Notts County has not given up yet, Wrexham heads into the last six soccer games with Paul Mullin scoring stunning goals. He is instrumental in getting them over the line and showcases his qualities throughout the season. Currently, he has 43 goals in all competitions.

However, he remains calm about the task ahead. Setting sights on 50 goals proves to be an understatement for Mullin, who aims to reach bigger goals. It is exactly why Ryan Reynolds loves Paul Mullin. Speaking in an interview, Mullin explained the one significant goal he aims to achieve in the current season.

He wants to get promoted! Mullin explained how goal-scoring prowess does not matter if he manages to get his team promoted. According to the Leader, Mullin stated “It is a great season personally. As I have said many times, I genuinely don’t care about goals. There is only one goal in my mind, and that is to try and get us promoted.” In the National League, Mullin scored 34 goals, with only Macaulay Langstaff from Notts County ahead of him with 39 goals. Yet, team victories triumph over personal achievements for the fox in the box.

He continued, “If it meant I don’t score another goal, I couldn’t care less as long as it was a successful season.” Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham aims to get a promotion after narrowly missing out last season. The game against Notts County on April 10th is crucial for both teams’ promotion hopes.

Moreover, Paul also received Wrexham’s Player of the Season, as well as winning the National League Player of the Season trophy. And hitting the 50-goal mark is on his mind.
