Following Al Nassr’s 1-0 defeat against Al Ain, Cristiano Ronaldo did not look in a happy mood. As he made his way back to the player tunnel, he appeared to gesture something to the fans. Ronaldo appeared to move his hand toward his mouth and then immediately gave a thumbs-up. All of this, while spotting a sarcastic-looking smile. A fan on X predicts that Ronaldo’s response implied, “See you in Riyadh.”

Notably, this is Al Nassr’s first defeat in the AFC Champions League this season. The return fixture is scheduled at Al Awwal Park on March 12. This has suddenly turned into a do-or-die match for Cristiano Ronaldo & Co. considering that Al Hilal is showing no signs of a slip-up in the league. This could be Al Nassr’s best chance to win a trophy.
