Zlatan Ibrahimovic, on the Piers Morgan Uncensored, said, “Tyson Fury is the champion. If you asked me. If I could smash, I will say yes, I will”. Morgan quickly interjected,You can smash Tyson Fury.” To which, the former Swedish striker replied, “In my head. Yes. But when I come in the ring, he would knock me out after two seconds”.

He continued, “But the mentality is, Yes, I can. Yes. But in direct, he would. He would eat me alive without doubts. But my mentality is I can.” Zlatan admits he will face a hammering by the boxing icon, but he fears none. His attitude is always to believe that he is the best!

The Swede has been recognized for his ‘out of the box’ mentality. In the past, he has credited having that mentality from his idol, Muhammad Ali. Despite being offered a chance to play for Arsenal, he rejected it and said, “I don’t do trials”.

The former Manchester United forward is one of the most decorated soccer stars in the world, with 34 trophies to his name. He has also won the Swedish Footballer of the Year award 15 times. His famous bicycle kick goal against England was also awarded with the FIFA Puskas Award, which is presented for the year’s best goal. Zlatan has always been a massive fan of one of the greatest athletes of all time, Muhammad Ali. The American boxer has an insane record of 56 wins and only five losses. He has a massive fanbase across the world. One such fan is Zlatan. Along with his boxing skills, the Swede is a fan of his determination and mentality. He said in an interview, “He (Ali) had a big mouth.” However, Zlatan believes the boxer also showed his class in the ring.
