While both celebrities want to do nothing with the other, it seems like there are still some creases that need to be ironed out.

While the couple parted ways last summer, they have yet to sell some of their shared properties. According to a report from ABC, the duo are yet to sell properties in Spain worth $15.88 million. The property is currently registered under the agency regulated by Gerard Pique’s father, who is looking to sell the houses as early as possible.

The property included three different houses valued at $15.88 million. However, two of the main buildings are also separately up for sale for $12.5 million. The entire property is built in at 3,800 square meters. The duo recently purchased the third building with the plan to renovate it. However, the project was put on hold after the couple parted ways.

Things have not been ideal for Shakira and Gerard Pique following their split. While the duo have advanced further in their respective careers, the duo are yet to let go of their dispute.
