Recently, in an exclusive interview with Gambling Zone, former Chelsea player Marcel Dessaily praised David Beckham’s free-kick skills amid Beckham’s documentary release on Netflix, “David Beckham was one of the good ones as far as set-pieces go.”

The Chelsea legend also compared the free-kick skills of Beckham and Juninho. He added, “Beckham initiated the usage of set-pieces in his generation, but we also had Juninho, who was also spectacular. But Beckham was consistent in his delivery. It was perfect all the time! Either he’d score a goal directly, or he’d get an assist. Beckham was so smart to adapt himself on the tactical side. That, plus his ability on set-pieces, made him an excellent player. His marriage helped him make a name for himself in the football world, too!”
