It’s not often that a team can celebrate a draw against one of the world’s best players, but that’s exactly what happened for Reims coach Will Still. His team certainly avoided a loss, but the real story is that Will got his team fined in the process.
Will Still got his team fined
It might seem counterintuitive, but every time Will manages the Reims, the club gets fined $27257. This is due to the fact that he does not have a license given the fact he is still studying for his UEFA Pro License. Moreover, the 30-year-old is the youngest coach in all of Europe.

Interestingly, the club looks like has no problem with paying off the fine as Still is certainly producing results. With their draw against PSG, they are on an impressive 12-match unbeaten run in Ligue 1.

There’s no doubt that Will is a talented coach, but it will be interesting to see if he can continue to get results without a license. Either way, it’s clear that the club is behind him. And will continue to support him as he looks to take the team to the next level.

With that in mind, it’s fair to say that there’s a very real possibility that he could be on the move come the summer transfer window.
