This could protect against additional distractions and endorsements during the game.

The 25-year-old was seen wearing the tricolored mask during the training but will wear one that will comply with UEFA’s rules. The French Football Federation has already kept multiple uniform-colored masks ready to get him back on to the pitch.

Their next frontier is the Dutch, who have a formidable force with a strong backline.
