According to the records of the property, it is situated in the exclusive, gated community of Bal Harbour. The total area of the land is 0.63 acres and boasts 150 feet along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Additionally, the purchase also includes approved plans for a 13,000-square-foot residence crafted by London design firm Elicyon. As per Zillow, the property was last listed at $28.5 million but Neymar and his entourage seem to have negotiated for a cut-deal price. Of course, being a raw land, the soccer star would have to construct it according to his own needs and personalization.
