Bale disclosed that the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as Karim Benzema, played a pivotal role in his decision to sign for Real Madrid. “It was the reason why I joined, to play with those two and the others behind me with Modric, Xabi Alonso, and then Kroos signed,” Bale revealed.
