One of the heart-wrenching moments in any athlete’s career is the retirement from his beloved sport. And if the athlete retires prematurely, it hits hard. There have been a few instances where athletes have retired from the sport early due to various reasons. That’s what happened with the Wrexham AFC star after the promotion to League Two.

Wrexham earned a deserving promotion this season after narrowly missing out last season. They did so in style by winning the Vanarama National League.
