Earlier, the “Sunflower” artist shared a full-body mirror selfie on his Instagram, revealing a noticeably slimmer appearance. This came due to his several changes in lifestyle. During an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast on August 8th, Post Malone attributed his weight loss to eliminating soda from his diet.

The singer disclosed that he had successfully shed 55 pounds, going from 240 pounds to 185 pounds. Reducing soda intake is just one of several lifestyle changes the singer has made in the past year. Since becoming a father in 2022 with his fiancée, he shared on Instagram that he has been making healthier choices for the well-being of his daughter.

“I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda, and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel,” the singer said.
