If there’s a true definition of success, it has to be Wrexham. The Welsh side has unlocked all doors of success as they are close to achieving a massive feat. Once a club struggling to get its way in the league, they are now on the brink of clinching their hands on the silverware.

It has been doing significantly better since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took over the club. Both the club and its owners have made quite a name for themselves, and they continue to rule the headlines. Besides Wrexham, both actors are constantly surrounded by the media.

Aside from facing rivalries in soccer, it seems Reynolds also endures feuds in Hollywood as well. One major feud is between him and the famous actor Hugh Jackman. And it seems the debate has once again been summoned.

Ryan Reynolds responds to Wolverine vs Deadpool

This year, the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo took place in America, which is dedicated to comics and movies. In the event, people can dress up as their favorite character. Hence, recently, award-winning actor Scott King shared a glimpse of this year’s Expo.

The famous actor and writer shared a picture of a fan dressed up as Deadpool, who is seen holding a controversial board. The board had a Deadpool poster above which there was written, “God hates Wolverine”

King tweeted the picture with the caption, “Is this true, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman?” To which Reynolds responded, “I’m afraid so.” The Canadian actor gave a cheeky response, thus bantering his fellow Deadpool 3 actor, Jackman.

The Wolverine, aka Jackman, also laughed at the response, thus sharing a few laughs on the tweet. Both actors have been known for their bantering friendship. And it seems Jackman is eager to make his faux feud even more interesting after his recent claim.

Hugh Jackman wants to score against Wrexham

Recently, in an interview with Laura Kuenssberg on her Sunday program, the actor revealed he had been offered co-ownership by Wrexham’s rivals. “I will admit to you that when Ryan bought that team, I did get more than one offer from rivals of that team for £1 to come in as a co-owner and it did seriously tempt me,”

However, the Australian didn’t name the team. “This whole thing of outsiders coming in and buying football teams, it feels a little, I don’t know, easy.” He may have rejected the ownership, but it seems he has other plans for Ryan Reynolds. The player is instead interested in becoming a player.

“I have decided to go one step further, I am actually going to try out for the team. So Delia Smith, Stephen Fry, I’m coming to try out.” It seems Jackman would like to play for Norwich, which is co-owned by celebrity cook Delia Smith, while actor Stephen Fry is a lifelong Norwich City fan.

“I think if I really want to stick it to Ryan Reynolds, then if Wrexham get to play Norwich, because obviously there’s a level here, I think it would be best if I was heading in the winner,” he added.
