Days After Health Emergency at Home, Shakira Comes Out to Fire a 1-Word Cryptic Dig at Gerard Pique’s Girlfriend Clara Chia Marti

After composing back-to-back diss tracks, the Colombian singer continues to throw the occasional taunt at Gerard Pique and his family. The Latin American seemingly has no mercy left for her ex-boyfriend. Since the last three months, she has taken every opportunity to annihilate her former better half.

During this entire public feud, the fans have gone after Clara Chia Marti the most A few hours ago, even Shakira posted a very cryptic message on her Instagram that most likely seems like a taunt to the 23-year-old.

Shakira has always been active on social media. She has never shied away from having a chat with her fans. She also keeps her fanbase updated about her life too. A few hours ago, the Colombian singer’s newest post raised a few eyebrows on social media. It seems like, the singer has taunted Clara Chia Marti but everyone is divided over the word’s meaning.

The Latin American singer didn’t over-complicate anything. She posted a picture of herself with a one-word cryptic message on Instagram. The image is a closeup and simple selfie of Shakira wearing a black hat. Along with the image, she wrote, “Chiaroscuro”. At first, everyone was confused about what the caption of the post meant.

The 46-year-old tried to play with words while putting her message out there. ‘Chiaroscuro’ means the contrasts between light and dark. In the image, the singer has also placed herself in such a way that only half of her face is brightly lit. She is probably trying to hint something at Pique too. She could be trying to tell him that there was a major light-dark difference between herself and Chia Marti, just like the image.

About a week ago, Shakira’s mother was admitted to the hospital. Nidia del Carmen Ripoli was already at the hospital for a few medical tests. But the doctors had no choice but to hospitalize her after they discovered major blood clots in her leg, as per El Heraldo. She was suffering from thrombosis, a condition that obstructs natural blood flow that could turn fatal in extreme cases.

On the other hand, the Waka–Waka singer’s father is still in and out of the hospital. After a major fall, he still hasn’t fully recovered from the head trauma. To speed up the recovery period, William Mebarak will need to undergo surgery. While Shakira is having a difficult time due to her parent’s health issues, she is still hellbent on leaving Spain in the near future.
