Days After Ending Friendship With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, David Beckham’s Netflix Documentary Teased at 47 YO TV Festival

Instead, Netflix is releasing a captivating documentary on his life. Netflix showed glimpses of it at a 47-year-old TV festival. Interestingly, this comes just days after the Beckhams‘ fallout with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

Fans get a glimpse of the new David Beckham documentary

Netflix executives were at the Edinburgh TV Festival recently. They shared several glimpses of upcoming projects on the OTT platform. One such clip that garnered soccer fans’ attention was Netflix’s project on the life of David and Victoria Beckham. According to Netflix, the documentary will “go beyond the shine of stardom.”

It will cover the last 40 years of the Inter Miami owner. The fans could witness the never-before-seen footage via the documentary. Apart from those candid moments, the documentary exposes his followers to an interview with Beckham, his friends, and family.

The new Beckham series will show elements of the couple’s married life that viewers will relate to, director Adam Hawkins said. In the clip, his fashion designer and former Spice Girl wife can be seen telling him she appreciates the work he does, with David saying he is doubtful that is true.

It will be released later this year. Netflix promises it will be an unprecedented access to Beckham’s life.
