The Wrexham party goes on and on. After 15 years of gaining promotion, the soccer club finally completed the biggest hurdle that kept them back for some time. Fans across the town celebrate until midnight for days now and there is no end to it. Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are mini-gods in the township right now.

Therefore, the fans in the town never shy away from showing their love for their bona fide heroes. Everyone knows Reynolds’ Deadpool character. The fans gave him a tribute by creating a statue for the character in the town. That statue rests in the iconic Turf Pub. And now, there is a new statue up.

In another touching acknowledgment, a city town named Oswestry, located on the border of Wales, builds up a new statue to honor the owner. It’s simply heartwarming to see the city giving tributes to their heroes.

Wrexham owners Ryan Reynolds with stunning Deadpool statue

They unveiled the statue at the British Ironworks Centre site. It is one of the iconic places in the United Kingdom and showcases decorative metalwork. They have earlier given tributes, and this is another one to the lovely collection of sculptures. There is also an environmental message to the statue. They created it from recycled car parts and waste materials for the importance of reusing unwanted materials. They do this because they want to stop materials from going to landfill. It is a lovely initiative from the people who made the sculpture.

According to the Advertizer, there is also a placard near the statue stating, “In recognition of Ryan Reynolds, a real-life superhero that has not only transformed the fortunes of Wrexham AFC but has simultaneously captured the entire hearts of the city of Wrexham itself.” It also explained how Ryan gave the whole town something to cheer about after years of frustration.
